What Can I Expect During the Exam?

At Associates of Dental Arts, we include an oral cancer screening as part of your regular exam. If we identify a problem, we may take a biopsy or refer you to a specialist for further analysis. Remember, early detection saves lives.

How Will I Be treated?

Depending on the disease present, we will customize a treatment plan to maximize results. We will educate you on the diagnoses and the recommended treatment plan so you feel comfortable deciding what treatment is right for you.

At Associates of Dental Arts in Joplin, we care about our patient’s health. That is why we encourage all of our patients that smoke to quit if at all possible. We know it is hard but we also know you can do it. This coming Thursday is the Great American Smokeout Day and on this day smokers everywhere are supposed to quit smoking for at least 24 hours.
